Designer says

"I have been working at Method Cons: Nebulous feedback means a lot of work gets redone or abandoned. Overworked creative leadership that is inaccessible except when they want to be. This adds up to lot of long long wasted hours. Very inefficient process overall. Small office is a popularity club and a lot of backtalking. Not much room for personalities that differ from what's already there. Limited opportunities for advancement even for those who absolutely deserve it."

Current Employee - Producer says

"I have been working at Method full-time for more than 3 years Cons: culture is too much like a club. the few at the top dont see the value in the others around them and some of the key talent has been there way past their prime. some producers are too junior to handle the responsibilities given to them. limited room for growth."
